i found the staff was super helpful. they assisted me with directions and taxis. the breakfast buffet really offered a lot of options and everything tasted fresh. i especially liked that new suites were available, i requested a high floor and they gave it to me!
i also noticed a slight smell from the drains in the room bathroom. the hotel is doing some work on the front of the building and it was a bit noisy during the day.

my room was clean and spacious (i was pleased). i found the breakfast to have a wide variety of food. the staff seemed friendly and helpful.
the tv in my room was quite old and the signal was not great.

i had such a blast staying here! sara, gilen, and osama at the counter gave amazing customer service. the staff were always helpful! we even got a welcome plate of fruit, so nice. the location is perfect, the metro is nearby (about 500 meters, great for exploring the area!).
i waited a while to get to breakfast one morning.

the room had nice city views! the room was clean and well kept. it was comfortable and everything worked well. the space met all my needs for a comfortable stay (i really enjoyed it!).

the hotel location is very convenient! many attractions are easily accessible. the metro station is only a short walk away. this made it very easy for sightseeing and getting around the city without any trouble.

the hotel has an awesome fitness center! it included modern equipment for a good workout. the pool area was very refreshing after a long day. the hotel also has a spa offering a variety of treatments.

fresh dosasreally good foodgreat hospitalitycharging socket
the food was really good thanks to chef mahalingam his dedication is evident. i liked the fresh hot dosas and kichadi the chef clearly makes food with love. the team at the restaurant showed great hospitality especially pradeep and narayan they provided excellent service.
i found the lack of bedside charging sockets inconvenient i had to charge my phone away from the bed it would be great to have charging options closer to the bedside.
